Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how the website presents services and project information. Final scope, pricing, delivery details, and ongoing service terms are confirmed separately before work begins.

Use of website information

The content on this website is provided for general information about services, sample work, and the usual project approach. Project examples, package descriptions, and feature lists may be updated over time to reflect current offerings.

Project scope and pricing

Listed prices and package details are starting references unless a custom proposal states otherwise. Any final agreement depends on the exact project scope, requested features, content readiness, and delivery expectations.

Third-party services and hosting costs

Hosting, domains, email services, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, AI tools, plugins, and any other external services are subject to the pricing and policies of their respective providers.

BhaiWeb is not responsible for future price increases, usage-based charges, currency changes, taxes, or plan changes imposed by those providers. Where ongoing service depends on such services, recurring costs may be adjusted to reflect updated provider pricing.

Recurring fees and price adjustments

For hosting, maintenance, support, or managed service arrangements, recurring fees may be adjusted where there is a documented increase in third-party costs or a material change in usage, infrastructure requirements, or service scope.

Reasonable notice will be given before any revised pricing takes effect for future billing periods.

Usage limits and overage charges

Any quoted or agreed price assumes normal and expected usage for the service provided.

Additional charges may apply where actual usage exceeds the included limits, including but not limited to storage, bandwidth, server resources, API requests, AI tooling, email delivery, messaging, or any other consumption-based service.

Third-party provider changes

If a third-party provider changes or discontinues a feature, pricing plan, API, integration method, or service availability, BhaiWeb may recommend a suitable alternative or a scope adjustment.

Any extra work, migration effort, or replacement cost resulting from that change is outside the original agreement unless it was expressly included.

Service continuity and suspension

If a required external service becomes unavailable, commercially impractical, or significantly more expensive, the affected part of the service may be suspended, modified, or re-scoped until the client approves the alternative approach or revised cost.

This will not be treated as a breach where the underlying cause is outside BhaiWeb’s reasonable control.

Client content and approvals

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, content, product data, and approvals needed to complete the project.

Delays in feedback, missing assets, or scope changes may affect timelines and delivery.

Infrastructure changes and change requests

New requests made after approval that affect hosting, performance, security, integrations, or expected traffic levels may require repricing, a revised timeline, or a different technical recommendation.

Those changes are not included in the original scope unless they are clearly approved.

Liability related to external providers

BhaiWeb is not responsible for downtime, losses, delays, technical issues, or additional charges caused by hosting companies, domain providers, payment gateways, email services, APIs, or any other third-party provider, except to the extent directly caused by BhaiWeb’s own proven contractual breach.

Any advance estimate for third-party costs is an estimate only unless it is specifically stated in writing as fixed pricing.

Stopping the project or service

Either side can decide to stop the project or ongoing service at any time for any reason, as long as they let the other side know. If that happens, the client will still need to pay for any work already done and any outside costs that have already come up before the cancellation.
